Angela Le, DACM, L.AC.

Dr. Angela Le is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, licensed acupuncturist, and one of the first fertility acupuncturists in the United States. She is the founder of Fifth Avenue Fertility Wellness, one of the only fully non-toxic, green integrative fertility clinics in the country. Since 2001, she has supported thousands of women through fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause.

She trained in Taoist philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine at Yo San University under Master Ni and his sons, healers with a lineage dating back 74 generations to the Han Dynasty. This foundation in ancient wisdom shapes her integrative approach to reproductive health.

Dr. Le is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). Her somatic training extends to trauma-informed yin yoga, restorative breathing, meditation, and somatic sex education. As an embodiment teacher, she helps women resolve symptoms of trauma and stress, regulate their nervous systems, and develop new ways of being present in their bodies.

Her work bridges Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taoist philosophy, somatic healing, detoxification, biohacking, and longevity medicine to address the physical, emotional, and relational dimensions of women's health.

She works closely with reproductive endocrinologists throughout NYC and built her practice alongside Dr. Sami David, bestselling author of Making Babies: A Proven 3-Month Program for Maximum Fertility.

Dr. Le's work has been featured in Huffington Post, Motherly, Mind Body Green, Cup of Jo, and Romper. She serves on the advisory board for Mama Glow and teaches in their doula training program. A lifelong student of healing, she is dedicated to helping women reclaim their innate capacity for it.

Meghan Lynch, DACM, L.AC.

Dr. Meghan Lynch is a board-certified acupuncturist and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine with advanced training in Ayurvedic medicine, prenatal care, and somatic healing.

She holds a Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Sciences and a Bachelor's degree from NYU. Her path to Chinese Medicine was shaped by her work as a certified Ayurvedic Coach through Prema Yoga Therapeutics, where she developed a deep understanding of holistic healing traditions.

With over a decade of experience as a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher and DONA-certified birth doula, Dr. Lynch brings a comprehensive perspective to fertility and women's health. She understands the physical, emotional, and relational dimensions of conception, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery.

Currently training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, she integrates nervous system healing with acupuncture, herbal medicine, and Ayurvedic wisdom to address the root causes of hormonal imbalances and fertility challenges. Her approach honors the whole person, creating space for deep healing and transformation.

Karen Grzelewski, DACM, L.AC.

Dr. Karen Grzelewski is a board-certified acupuncturist and Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. She specializes in women's health and fertility, with a focus on addressing root causes rather than managing symptoms.

She holds a background in communications and counseling psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, bringing a depth of understanding to the emotional and psychological aspects of fertility. This foundation allows her to connect with patients on multiple levels, creating space for healing that goes beyond the physical.

Dr. Grzelewski has extensive experience supporting patients through IVF, providing acupuncture throughout the transfer process and collaborating with reproductive endocrinologists to optimize outcomes. Her trauma-informed approach ensures that each patient feels safe, supported, and truly cared for during their fertility journey.

Beyond her clinical work, she co-founded the New York Shamanic Circle and has led its Women's Circle for over seven years. This work reflects her commitment to creating sacred space for women's healing and transformation through ritual, community, and deep connection.

Selvi Rengasami, MD

Dr. Selvi Rengasami holds a medical degree and is an integrative nutritional health coach specializing in women's digestive and reproductive wellness. She combines her medical training with functional nutrition and somatic practices to address the root causes of hormonal imbalances and fertility challenges.

Her own healing journey revealed what conventional approaches often overlook: the profound impact of stored stress and nervous system dysregulation on physical health. This experience transformed her understanding of healing and deepened her commitment to trauma-informed care that addresses the whole person.

Dr. Rengasami works with women to optimize metabolic function, restore digestive health, and balance hormones through personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocols. She understands that fertility and overall wellness depend on creating the internal conditions for the body to thrive.

Currently training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, she integrates nervous system healing with functional nutrition to help women release stored trauma and build lasting resilience. Her approach bridges the precision of medical education with the wisdom of somatic healing.

Alicia Magee

Alicia serves as the office manager and patient liaison at Fifth Avenue Fertility Wellness. She creates a calm, organized environment and ensures that every aspect of your experience feels seamless and supportive.

She understands that navigating fertility can feel overwhelming. Her warmth and attention to detail help you feel held from the moment you walk through the door.

Kara Caputo

Kara provides administrative support at Fifth Avenue Fertility Wellness and has collaborated with Dr. Le since 2008. With experience in reproductive health since 1999, she brings deep understanding and care to her role.

She is committed to ensuring that each visit feels calm, comfortable, and genuinely supportive.
