I believe the body has an inherent ability to repair itself and heal. I’ve seen this firsthand in my health journey in overcoming Crohn’s disease after struggling through multiple medications, surgeries, and near death.
It was only after seeking Angela and Fifth Avenue Fertility Wellness for support that my body began to heal. Not only that, but my entire life came more into alignment as I now get to work with women at Fifth Avenue Fertility Wellness to optimize their health and fertility outcomes.
Through my journey, I’ve learned to understand what true health means and how our health is an essential foundation for everything else in our lives. While struggles with infertility were what initially led me to Fifth Avenue Fertility Wellness, I’ve since discovered something even greater. I’ve returned to my best state of health, rediscovered my truth, and I’m now free from all traces of Crohn’s Disease.
I’ve refined focus in my career as I shifted my work as a medical doctor to women’s health coaching. Inspired, empowered, and informed by my own experience, I am uniquely equipped to guide women who are navigating fertility struggles while also navigating gut health challenges. I am struck by the interconnectedness of it all as I’ve gone from patient to practitioner at Fifth Avenue Fertility Wellness and get to guide women in the same way that I was guided. What a gift!
My exploration of diet, holistic health, spirituality, and deep inner work has demonstrated to me how our bodies want to heal. They are capable of so much. I say this having gone from being in constant abdominal pain, feeling bloated, and chronically inflamed to feeling strong, energetic, and in the best health of my life.
I want other women to feel the same is possible in their lives. It’s why I feel so called to help other women discover their full healing potential and guide them in bringing their bodies back into balance.
When I’m not supporting women in improving their health and fertility outcomes, I enjoy deepening my spiritual practice, exploring new modalities in the wellness space, traveling to new destinations, and salsa dancing locally and internationally.
