ABOUT US
Women’s Health, Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Trauma-Informed Care
WHY WE PRACTICE THIS WAY
Our team brings both clinical training and personal experience to this work. We have navigated chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, thyroid dysfunction, hormonal changes, and the frustration of care that often felt fragmented.
Those experiences shape how we listen, the questions we ask, and the importance we place on individualized care. They also taught us how easily important pieces can be missed when care focuses too narrowly on one problem at a time.
We begin by understanding the whole picture, then shape care around your history, physiology, and needs today.
interconnected systems
Your hormones, nervous system, metabolism, sleep, immune function, and reproductive health influence one another. We look at how these systems interact, where patterns connect, and what those relationships may reveal.
Nervous system support
Stress, medical experiences, fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, and major life transitions can leave lasting patterns in the body. Somatic and nervous system care help address those experiences as part of the larger picture.
INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT
No two women arrive with the same history, physiology, priorities, or needs. We shape care around your individual patterns, what your body is showing us, and what is most important to address at this point in your life.
Partnership-based care
Understanding what is happening in your body is part of the work. We want you to feel informed, involved, and confident in your care, ask better questions, make thoughtful decisions, and build knowledge you can carry forward.
