Natural Conception

Stefanie’s story:

We met at one of, if not the most difficult times of my life. I felt desperate, lost, completely disconnected spiritually, and stuck in a body that felt broken from the inside out.

Our sessions together had such a profound impact on my healing. I'll never forget something you told me during our first session: "Healing comes from within". Initially, we spoke about healing for my daughters. As a mother, that felt like reason enough. But you gently reminded me that I deserved healing too. Looking back, learning to heal for myself may have been one of the greatest gifts you gave me. I will never forget your wisdom, honesty and kindness. Thank you for always meeting me with empathy, and for the moments you somehow knew I simply needed to smile. Our third daughter will be named Malia. It means strength and resilience. It also begins with with the same letter as both my mother's first name, and of course yours, which feels like such a sweet meaningful coincidence.

It's difficult to put into words how grateful I am that our paths crossed in this painful yet beautiful way. Thank you a million times over for helping me heal in ways I didn't even know I needed. I am truly in awe of the work you do, but even more of the calm, compassionate presence you brought to every session. You are truly one of a kind. You will always remain an important part of this chapter of my life and our family's story.
