Angela Le, DACM, L.AC.

Dr. Le is a pioneer in the field of fertility wellness, holding a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. As a licensed and board-certified acupuncturist and herbalist, she founded Fifth Avenue Fertility Wellness in 2001, one of the first fertility acupuncturists in the country. Since then, she has empowered thousands of women through and beyond their fertility journeys.

Collaborating closely with industry leaders like her partner, Dr. Sami David, a renowned reproductive endocrinologist, they established the first organic, non-toxic, and fully green integrative fertility practice in the country. Recognized for her expertise, Dr. Le's insights have been featured in publications such as the Huffington Post, Mind Body Green, EmpowerHER, Cup of Joe, Motherly, and Romper.

Trained extensively in Taoism at Yo San University under Master Ni and his sons, esteemed healers with an unbroken lineage dating back to the Han Dynasty, Dr. Le's approach is deeply informed by her studies. Continually evolving her method, Dr. Le is at the forefront of optimizing fertility outcomes through a somatic and trauma-informed lens.

Dr. Le’s professional and personal lives seamlessly blend as she is a devoted student, wellness connoisseur, meditator, and passionate proponent of inspiring women to recognize their value and self-worth—no matter their circumstances. Meghan Lynch, DACM, L.AC.

Dr. Lynch is a licensed and board-certified acupuncturist, with a Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Sciences.

A graduate of NYU, before entering the field of Chinese Medicine, Dr. Lynch worked in Ayurvedic Medicine and became a certified Ayurvedic Coach through Prema Yoga Therapeutics. She has over a decade of experience as a pre and post-natal yoga teacher and DONA-certified doula.

As a dedicated healer and advocate of women’s health, Dr. Lynch continues to acquire new skills to deliver best-in-class care to patients. She is currently training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. 

Dr. Lynch is a highly sought-after practitioner who integrates all of her healing modalities to best serve patients seeking fertility, and overall health improvement.

Karen Grzelewski, DACM, L.AC.

Dr. Grzelewski holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and is licensed and board-certified to practice in New York and New Jersey. Her primary focus is on enhancing women’s health and fertility by addressing the underlying symptoms and the root cause.

Dr. Grzelewski collaborates closely with some of the nation’s leading fertility specialists, providing exceptional care and support throughout the IVF transfer process. She takes great pride in her work at Fifth Avenue Fertility Wellness, where she ensures patients receive the highest level of care during their fertility journey while integrating trauma-informed practices.

In addition to her expertise in acupuncture and Chinese medicine, Dr. Grzelewski co-founded the New York Shamanic Circle and has led its Women’s Circle for over seven years. Her diverse background in communications and counseling psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, CA, enables her to connect with women on a deeply healing level that transcends acupuncture.

Selvi Rengasami, MD

Dr. Rengasami, a former medical doctor turned integrative nutritional health coach, specializes in women's health, with an emphasis on digestive and reproductive wellness. Her commitment is to empower women to unlock their innate healing potential and restore balance within their bodies.

With a rich background spanning over twenty years in the health and wellness field, Dr. Rengasami has transitioned from practicing allopathic medicine to her current role as a dedicated health coach. Her personal healing journey has deepened her faith in the body's natural ability to heal itself. Rooted in this belief, she emphasizes the vital role of metabolizing and releasing stored stress—a cornerstone of her trauma-informed patient care philosophy.

Dr. Rengasami is currently expanding her expertise through advanced training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Her holistic approach is designed not only to address physical well-being but also to foster comprehensive healing and resilience in women.

Alicia serves as the office manager and cherished liaison for our patients. Inspired by our practice's approach to reproductive care, Alicia is dedicated to nurturing a culture of kindness and compassion.

She meticulously oversees operations, ensuring that each patient receives the necessary support in a calm setting. Alicia's remarkable commitment reflects her belief in the profound impact of holistic healing on patients' lives, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

Kara Caputo

Kara provides administrative support for Fifth Avenue Wellness and has known Dr. Le for over seventeen years. With a focus on creating a safe, supportive, and caring environment for everyone on their journey to parenthood, Kara’s energy is instrumental in maintaining the peaceful and high-vibrational atmosphere at Fifth Avenue Fertility Wellness.

Her exceptional ability to foster a nurturing environment has been an incredible asset to our practice. Having been in the reproductive health field since 1999, Kara brings extensive experience and dedication to her role.
